OK...how about the downsides? Because the home is older, it won't qualify for traditional lender financing. The property has plenty of usable ground but there are also areas where the terrain is steeper and somewhat brushy...really a mixture of good and bad, but overall with some great character. The road to the back of the property has a washout at the creek crossing that will need repair. The property does need a little general cleanup. Hopewell Road is a county road.
