There are plenty of useable areas for outbuildings, gardens, etc., plus there is a great spot at the upper portion of the lot that would make an excellent second home site with outstanding views in all directions. This portion of the property is not visible from the present home.
How about the downsides? It's very hard to come up with any. Nice land, great location, total privacy, well built home, nice landscaping, close to Hwy 180 for an easy commute...hard to find anything bad here.
