This property is located just off the Mississippi River in western Buffalo County near the village of Nelson. The immediate area is long famous for producing world class bucks. The parcel can be accessed via logging roads from the bottom of the valley or by foot off Markey Bluff Rd about of the way up the ridge. From the moment you step onto this property it becomes evident that there is a strong deer population. Heavily traveled deer trails crisscross the hills and ravines. The terrain features all sorts of bumps, nooks & crannies that provide endless spots for game to hide.
