Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Dobson Station Tract (Listing #4862) described as N of NE, Section 9, Township 15 South, Range 24 West, containing 80 acres, more or less, Lafayette County, Arkansas (see maps).
The tract is located one (1) mile west of Dobson Station and seven (7) miles north of Lewisville. Access is by a gravel oil lease road, which bisects the tract, from Lafayette County Road 25. Terrain is flat. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists primarily of mature pine sawtimber.
