The tract is located one (1) mile northeast of Dalark with over one-quarter-mile frontage on County Road 307. Terrain is gently rolling. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on sandy and fine sandy soils. Timber consists of merchantable pine plantation established in 2006 that has been 1st thinned. Tract offers great timberland investment, hunting/recreation and possible homeplace.
