Terrain is gently rolling with two (2) small ephemeral creeks. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-one (81) feet on fine sandy and silt loam soils. Timber consists of 87.5 acres of scattered pine sawtimber with some hardwood pulpwood. Balance of acreage is small pond.
