The southeast is equipped with a 7 tower 1994 Valley center pivot sprinkler nozzled at 480 gpm with long drops on 60 centers and standard size tires. The northeast and northwest quarters have 8 tower 1988 Valley center pivot sprinklers nozzled at 480 gpm with long drops spaced on 60 centers and are equipped with standard size tires.

There are four irrigation wells on the farm equipped with submersible electric motors, pumps and control panels and all tied together. The current owner has leased a neighboring well and this could possibly continue with a new owner. Tenant represents that he runs one sprinkler at a time utilizing the wells. The NRCS has metered the wells at over 600 GPM combined but the tenant states that during peak irrigation season he would be comfortable stating the wells should pump approximately 480 GPM. In addition there is a centrally located upright water tank that is used to provide stock water on the farm.
