The southeast quarter of section 33 is equipped with a 1980s era Valley sprinkler nozzled at 350 gpm with long drops spaced on 60 centers with standard size tires. Two wells equipped with submersible electric motors, pumps and control panels are utilized to provide irrigation water for the Valley sprinkler.

Located on the northwest corner of the north half section is a granary that holds 30 semi-loads of grain, according to the owner. There is a grain dryer and an elevator leg along with the bins.
