Derrieusseaux Creek, known for good quality hardwood production, passes through property. Site index for cherrybark oak (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on silt loam soils. Based on inventory of merchantable timber (one plot / acre with four cruise lines running north-south) conducted by Kingwood Forestry in March, 2020, timber volume estimates are as follows:
