The Highway 278 Tract will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, April 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Bids may be submitted for any or all tracts.
The Highway 278 Tract (listing 4741) is located six and one-half (6) miles east of Rosston and described as W of SE, Section 35, Township 13 South, Range 20 West, containing 78.64 acres, more or less, Nevada County, Arkansas.
Access is one-quarter-mile of frontage on Highway 278 with electricity at road. Timber consists of 1998 pine plantation (6 acres in Stand 4), 2002 pine plantation (9 acres in Stand 3), 2007 pine plantation (54 acres in Stand 1), and native timber in Streamside Management Zone (6 acres in Stand 2). Remaining acreage in roads and pipeline right-of-way.
