Terrain & Vegetation:

The ranch is a blend of gently sloping land, low rolling hills and steep draws and shallow canyons. The ranch over looks and is adjacent to Oak Creek Reservoir. There are several higher points overlooking Oak Creek Reservoir that provide exceptional views of the lake.There is an abundance of Live Oak Trees as well as other varieties of Oak Trees, Cedar and some Mesquite. An excellent cover of grasses provide ample grazing potential for the ranch.

Water: There are two water wells on the ranch, one well supplies the lodge, and is an electric pump. The other well is a Solar Powered Pump (currently not operating). There are two Earth Ponds on the property.

Improvements:The Lodge is a combination two bedroom, two living areas, two baths, living quarters and a large recreation storage area with roll up doors. It is a metal framed metal sided structure. There is a ...
