Wow! It is difficult to know where to begin when describing this home and acreage. This 2400 sq. ft. manufactured home sits atop a hill which allows for incredible long range views. There is an electric gate at the highway with a key pad combo so you don’t need to be worrying about unwanted traffic. The road to the home is a very good road, and serves as a natural boundary line for the subdivision of this property. The property has been surveyed into three separate parcels in case a person would be interested in future sub-dividing. Some new interior cross fencing exists, but where it does not, cross fencing lines have been drawn. Two parcels already have water and electric on site, the third parcel has both water and electric available.

Currently, there is a grazing lease on a month to month basis. The lessee would probably be interested in continuing the lease, therefore, you can probably count on some extra income.
This beautiful manufactured home has been upgraded from the get go. The outside walls are of 2x6 construction, with ship lap siding. The roof is composition with 30 year shingles. The home has earthquake strapping which will withstand 140 mile an hour winds. There is what is called a “French drain pipe” that prevents any water from flowing under the house. Any water that flows is diverted to the drain which then carries it underground and out to the back of the home where it is released to water the lawn. The water softener system also flushes into this drain.
On the back of the house, a 20 x 24 finished deck, with a two level design is where you can relax after a hard day and watch the sun go down. Lots of wildlife browse in this area, including whitetail and axis deer.
The home has block wall skirting in front, partial landscaping, and gravel roadways built. There is an RV site with full hook-ups and 30 amp service. The pad is 40 x 15, with a picnic area nearby.
The kitchen in this home has several neat features; an island with shelves and storage, a wonderful kitchen bar counter with bar stools, a built in spice rack over the stove, the sun tunnel (skylight) to let in natural light, the beautiful maple cabinets, (of which there are many) and the walk-in pantry.
There is also a formal dining room, with corner windows to allow light in, but also, the windows allow you to gaze at the wonderful, long range views that this property flaunts.
The master bedroom and bath also have wonderful natural lighting, as well a sun tunnel in the bathroom. All of the closets throughout the house have built in shelves that will convey. The bath itself has two sinks, a large countertop, separate vanity area, and a two person tile shower, with a built in bench. There are two other bathrooms, one between bedrooms and one off of the kitchen/office area.
Another nice feature with this home is the 30 x 32 metal building which is on a slab, with electricity. It is custom designed, and has a 12’ x 14’ door as well as a 10’ x 10’.
