This beautiful manufactured home has been upgraded from the get go. The outside walls are of 2x6 construction, with ship lap siding. The roof is composition with 30 year shingles. The home has earthquake strapping which will withstand 140 mile an hour winds. There is what is called a “French drain pipe” that prevents any water from flowing under the house. Any water that flows is diverted to the drain which then carries it underground and out to the back of the home where it is released to water the lawn. The water softener system also flushes into this drain.
On the back of the house, a 20 x 24 finished deck, with a two level design is where you can relax after a hard day and watch the sun go down. Lots of wildlife browse in this area, including whitetail and axis deer.
