The Crawford County 45 tract (Listing #4672) located approximately four and one-half (4) miles northwest of Van Buren, and three (3) miles southwest of Cedarville, and described as part NE of SW, NW of SE, Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 32 West, containing a total of 45 parcel card acres, more or less, Crawford County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is through adjacent landowner via unimproved woods road from paved Philadelphia Road. Timber consists of native upland hardwood with some areas of cedar. Terrain is rolling.
