At 3,300 feet, you can expect some occasional winter snow with 4-6 inches not being uncommon. But, the elevation also means it will be much cooler than the valley in the summer. The home isn't fancy... it's a ranch home that is really comfortable with larger living areas but the bedrooms are a bit on the small side.
