Hunting tract with camp and income producing farmland just across from the Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge. This is a very diverse piece of property having approximately 225 acres in WRP and approximately 135 acres of cropland with a full cotton base at 829 lbs. The remainder is wooded along the Tensas River and there are thousands of acres of timber just across the river in the Tensas Refuge and Big Lake WMA lending excellent backup. Whitetail genetics in this part of the state are as good as youll find anywhere proven by the famous McMurray buck taken only a short distance away. The camp is about a 1200 sq ft brick dwelling and there is also a large metal equipment shed on the property.
