Most of the South tract contains pine plantation established in 1998 (ripped; IP seedlings), with native timber along paved road. Terrain is rolling Dominant soil type is Sherless-Bismarck-Nashoba complex. Gates can be opened with temporary combination 5757. Limited utilities at paved road right-of-way.
