This tract has gently rolling topography with the highest elevations offering excellent panoramic veiws of the area. It is situated in an area with well-kept farms adjacent to the tract. The uplands contain mostly seven-year-old planted pine with the drains covered in hardwood. Several nice size creeks bisect the tract, and they appear suitable for ponds. A nice 10-acre lake already exists. Soils are suitable for conversion to agricultural land if that is an option. All minerals convey with the tract, and proven oil and gas operations are all around the tract.
