General Description: According to the survey this property consists of 6+/- gross acres. This facility currently has an attractive long term contract in place and the sale will be contingent on the contract holders approval of the buyer. The buildings on this property consist of two 50 x 400 wean to finish hog buildings and a 20 x 40 open front building which can be used for composting.
