The heating and air system include a propane furnace on the first floor as another unit on the second floor. There are two air conditioning units also to cover the two floors. As an additional bonus, the owner designed a separate duct system that runs off of a wood burning unit housed in the two car garage. The large square cut logs provide a very efficient insulation to the home keeping it warn in the winter and cool in the summer. Designed to keep the frontier style at every turn, the house has dovetail corners for the logs as well as wide chinking between the logs showing both inside and out. Heavy timbers are present in the rafter system, the loft area and wrap around porch. In addition to the two car garage, a large overhang creating a car port is in the back of the house creating a great storage area for ATV's or other equipment. There is also a 24x30 garage/shop with underground electric. This 44 acres is mostly wooded and offers great hunting and recreation.
