Turning on Healing Waters Drive from Rt. 614 you will make your way up a gravel driveway past the center of this 44 acres which provides a secluded setting for the lodge of 2,000 sq. ft., learning center building 25.0 x 23.0, three other small wood structures 15.0 x 11.0, and a former root cellar with office overhead. The log cabin lodge is approved for guest use with an inspected kitchen and an extensive fire alarm system. The three small wood structures are currently functioning as massage cabins.

The smaller log cabin located within walking distance was moved to the site and erected over a cinderblock basement housing the kitchen and bathroom. The main floor has a sitting room with a sleeping loft.

The remainder of the land has open areas as well as a pine covered forest for hiking, birding, and other recreational activities.
