436 +/- acres of irrigated farmland, grassland and CRP adjacent to Running Water Draw in Castro County. All 190 irrigated acres are currently planted to cotton. There is one submersible well located in the NW corner and one natural gas turbine well located at the pivot. Both wells provide a combined estimated 465 gallons per minute. A 90's model Valley pivot irrigates 190 acres and provides 2.45 gallons per wet acre.
