Two large ridges give way to the valley where a 45' x 100' Quonset Building sits. This building is complete with utilities and a bathroom. The valley has thick warm and cool season grasses providing exceptional grazing. An established food plot area is also fenced off and the rich black dirt will be sure to grow a perfect plot to draw the deer and turkeys out of the hills. Multiple deer beds were found in this area of the ranch and the grasses provide great summer forage for wildlife and livestock. This eastern pasture also gives way to some amazing views, from here you can see views of the rolling hills for several miles.
