LOCATION: The ranch is conveniently located close to Rockdale on CR 335. The ranch is approximately 35 miles from Temple, 35 miles from Bryan/College Station, and 45 miles from Austin.
VEGETATION: 70-75% wooded consisting of live oak, post oak, elm, green ash, cottonwood, dogwood, mulberry, hackberry, white ash, among others. The balance is open pasture (25-30%) with coastal and native grasses.
TERRAIN: Beautiful rolling terrain with elevations ranging from approximately 400 ft above sea level to 480 ft above sea level. A wet-weather creek runs through a northwest portion of the ranch. Soils include edge fine sandy loam, padina fine, rader loamy fine sand and uhland loam.
WILDLIFE: An abundance of white tail deer, hogs, and turkey. This ranch has not been hunted in several years.
