There are no restrictions out here! Come shoot, hunt, camp, RV, off-road... the possibilities are limitless. There are ZERO improvements. None of that land out there is fenced, nor surveyed. This is wide open land in the heart of Hudspeth County. Hunting out here includes pronghorn, mule deer, Javelina, coyotes, and all of the other West Texas varmint. I'm no hunter myself but I've personally seen pronghorn out in this area. I could not tell you how high of quality this area is to hunt, but there are animals here.
WATER: I get asked a lot of questions about water... The Texas well map shows that the Grace Chapel ministry, which is 1 mile to the south, has a water well. The water table out here is VERY deep. Their well is 1000 ft and the report shows it yielding 1 GPM which is quite low. This area of Texas is largely known for being pretty dry.
