The Lee Springs Tract is located approximately 7 miles southwest of the Pine Bluff and 1 mile east of the Grant/Jefferson County Line in the Watson Chapel School District in Jefferson County, AR. The tract is described as The NW of the SW, Section 22, Township 6 South, Range 11 West, containing 42 acres, more or less, located in Jefferson County, Arkansas.

The timber on Lee Springs Tract consists of two age classes of pre-merchantable natural loblolly pine. The oldest stand is +/- 27 acres of approximately 17-year-old loblolly pine that is ready for a first thinning. The younger stand is +/- 15 acres in which the mature pine sawtimber was harvested in 2011 and the residual natural reproduction was interplanted with genetically improve seedlings in 2012. The NRCS Web Soil Survey identifies the soils on this property as predominantly moderately-well drained to somewhat-poorly drained silt loam and very fine sandy loam soils. The average native site index for loblolly pine on this property is 87 feet (base age 50) according to the NRCS Web Soil Survey. Access to the property via 275 feet of native surface woods road off Providence Road across adjoining privately owned industrial timberland.
