Beautiful wooded ranch at upper end of Poesta Creek. Great habitat for wildlife with fantastic oaks along the creek. This game refuge seems much larger than it is. Owner is a bow hunter and says ranch is perfect for him. Fenced on all sides except road. Dwelling is 3/2 double wide that that needs work but has fireplace and wood burning stove. There is an older storage barn and shed. Excellent habitat.
