Fenced on north and south boundaries. No fence on east boundary ~ line is a ways from the cabin. West boundary is technically a short ways from the river and cliffs. We use all the way to the cliffs for 4 wheeling. Primitive - cabin is great for our recreational purposes. We put in a new a/c unit and use a generator. It's wired for lights off of a battery as well.
