New trails and food plots could be established on both sides of the creek, and even better, they can be established exactly how and where you want them. This is a great opportunity to find and develop your own favorite places to hunt. If you decided to build a bridge, or put in a culvert, you would be able to cross Sand Creek with ease. This would be huge. Alternatively, you might be able to secure an easement from the properties to the north and/or east. This property is in a fantastic hunting and recreational area where you can hunt for whitetail deer, black bear, turkeys and ruffed grouse on the property and in state land or state forest land close to the property. You could make this your base camp and explore a huge area. You can go 4-wheeling on the county roads and the Nemadji State Forest is only a couple of miles away.
