Don Pedro Lake is approximately 13,000 acres of fresh water located at approximately 1,000 ft of elevation in the Central California foothills. Warm summer temperatures 90 - 100 F degrees and winters below the snow line. The site is an Oak Tree studded, grassy hill savannah at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Features include 3/4 miles of lake frontage with four separate hilltop sites for cabins with full lake views. Nearby Marina has boat ramp and rents boats or jet skis. Good graded dirt access road 4WD preferable. Wildlife includes deer, bear, coyote, cougars, quail and dove. Unimproved but water available. Excellent for hunting/fishing, equestrian activities in the surrounding grazing land and many boating or water front activities. Quiet and secluded. Only 40 miles to Yosemite National Park or 120 miles to the San Francisco Bay.
