All three tracts are located four miles west of Waldo, Arkansas. Access is Hwy. 82 and county road frontage. Boundary lines were re-painted in 2008. Soils consist of silt loams and fine sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 85 feet on 50-year base. Nunn Middle contains advanced pine regeneration plus about 22 acres of pine sawtimber and pulpwood.
