The drive to the home is paved and gated. Off of the paved drive is an additional road to the rear storage and shop area. This consists of 2 SeaTrain storage units with a large covered shop area between them. All of the pasture area is fully and separately fenced. This is a nice and usable property. It has many unique rock formations, large mature oaks, buckeye trees, and very little brush. It also has excellent privacy and some terrific views of the valley.

Any negatives? Not really. The home is in excellent condition but there are a couple of very minor repair issues in the garage that the seller will address. Elevation is at about 2,200 feet, so you can expect some occasional winter snow, but rarely more than 4-6 inches.

This really is an attractive property. It has great privacy. The home is located in the front third of the property and, for someone wanting an additional residence, there is a great site in the back of the property for a second home that would have a great western view overlooking the entire valley. This is an estate sale and the property has been priced to move quickly. This one is well worth showing to your budget conscious buyers.
