This 40 +/- acre timberland tract is located on the Quinault Indian Reservation and within a 15-minute drive of the community of Amanda Park. The property was last logged in the late 1980's and consists of naturally regenerated red cedar, hemlock, white pine and alder. The legal access is restricted to the "the management of and removal of timber from lands owned." There is good physical access from along the Esses Mainline, a gravel logging road. The tract is suitable as a long-term timberland investment or perhaps for recreational purposes.
