We've had property like this before and it sells fast! Why? This area is beautiful and the price tag makes it affordable mountain acreage for enjoyment. This 40 acres sits at approximately 6,700ft., next to the Haight Mountain Range. It's located about 10 miles from the small town of Tennant, CA. Directly adjoining this parcel, to the west, is over 500 acres of National Forest/BLM land. Part of this parcel sits on a ridge, and slopes downward to give you plenty of flatter areas on the SE side of the land. The views from the ridge will be amazing and that is above 7,000ft. elevation.
This primitive 40 acres offers extreme privacy and seclusion in the mountains. Enjoy backcountry training, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, and hiking at your vacation cabin in the woods. You'll most likely run into wildlife before another person here.

Access will take backcountry navigational skills, and studying our google earth link to map out a route. Winters will require snowmobile access, and summers will offer memories that will last a lifetime.
