Notes from our photographer: The best way to get to the property is to exit I-10 at Exit 340 and head South on Rex Allen Drive. Turn right (West) on Haskell Rd. Then Left on Maley Street (Hwy 186). Drive a few miles, then exit at the signs for Kansas Settlement Road which will take you South. Drive for about 5 miles and turn East on Arzberger Road. Drive a few more miles and turn North on Richard Trail. Drive to the end of Richard trail and follow the road to the left onto Phillips Road (West). In about mile youll reach the SE Corner of the property at the corner of an orchard. The highways are paved until you reach Richard Trail, then its well-packed dirt. Adjacent properties include a vineyard to the North and an orchard to the South. To the East lies a couple of homes/trailers. Willcox is 15 minutes away with a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants, bars, etc. Powerlines are at the SE corner and SE entrance.
