This tract is located approximately two miles west of Sieper, Louisiana and is south of Hwy 465. The tract was woods road access.

This tract has rolling topography with both high land and drainages running through it. Most of the property supports a loblolly pine plantation that was thinned approximately five years ago.

This tract has good wildlife habitat as well as a promising future for timber investment.
