The Aurelle Tract is located about 14 miles southeast of El Dorado and about 6 miles southwest of Strong in a large block of managed timberland. The tract offers great hunting and recreation opportunities for the smaller investor. The tract consists almost entirely of bottomland hardwoods that provides good habitat for white-tailed deer, wild turkey, squirrel, wild hogs and other wildlife. The hardwood timber on the tract consists of a mixture of red oak, white oak and sweetgum with other hardwood species mixed in. There are some open areas which may hold water in the wet season, but may also provide opportunity for wildlife food plots. The tract is located in a larger block of industrial timberland and is accessed by a network of gravel company roads and a wood road to the tract, all located behind a locked gate.
