Camp (Listing #4264): Timber consists of loblolly plantation on 32 acres that was planted in 1994 and thinned in 2008, plus seven acres of 2007 pine plantation. Access to tract is via woods roads. Terrain is rolling. Pine site index averages 94 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils.
Merchantable Timber: Based on the inventory conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services in June, 2011, estimated tree counts and volumes are as follows (32 acres merchantable plantation):

Kingwood performed a variable radius 10 basal area factor prism point cruise (one point per acre) on the Camp tract in June, 2011. Cruise lines ran north and south. Due to variations associated with sampling, utilization standards, and scaling practices, the above tree counts and timber volumes advertised in this notice cannot be guaranteed.
