The topography of the tract is gently rolling with primarily Savannah fine sandy loam and Sawyer silt loam soils and a reported site index for Loblolly Pine of 82 feet (base age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. The tract is located in the heart of timber country with access to the tract by a good, gated woods road across adjoining landowners who are also managing their properties for timber investment.
From the main intersection in Star City, travel north on Highway 425, towards Pine Bluff, for approximately 2 miles. Turn left (West) onto Avalon Drive (formerly known as Hunters Hill Road). Continue West on Avalon for about 0.7 miles to Aspire Lane on the right. Turn right (north) onto Aspire and continue 0.4 miles to a pipe gate. A temporary combination lock (8-5-6-7) has been installed for buyer access. Should you have problems with gate, please call 870-367-8567. After going through gate, continue north for about 0.25 miles to a hunting camp location and road intersection. Turn left (West) at the road intersection and follow the road for about 0.5 miles around to the north boundary line of the tract. The north and west lines of the tract are marked with white paint and the south line is marked by an old fence. A Kingwood Land For Sale sign has been posted at the northern access point.
