COMMENTS: Rugged land is scenic mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas. These mountains are low, rolling and heavily wooded mountains with river valleys between the mountains. This land will be best suited as a rugged and remote hunting property that will let you access many hundreds of acres of similar lands owned by timber companies and private individuals, but all un-fenced with few roads and no utilities. The roads that exist are forest roads that are used during times of timber harvest. Good hunting for deer, turkey, squirrel, rabbit and other game. Black bear are sighted from time to time. We have no personally seen this land and will be unable to show the property due to the very low price.
