Tract can be accessed via a woods road/trail extending south from the end of G.L. Davis Road. Verbal permission has been granted from adjoining landowner to access this tract. Native pine and hardwood sawtimber of good quality. Soils are silt loams with site index for pine averaging 90 feet (base age 50).
