Military Road tract is located three miles northwest of Hollywood. Access is excellent with one-quarter-mile of frontage on gravel Military Road. Terrain is gently rolling. Site index for loblolly pineaverages 85 feet on a fifty year base. All merchantable timber was harvested in 2007 and the tract is now ready for site preparation and planting.
