The Fountain Hill Northeast Tract is located approximately 4 miles northeast of Fountain Hill, Arkansas. This tract was clearcut and select cut in 2014. All of the merchantable timber on ~38 acres and all pine timber on ~2 acres in the streamside buffer zones were harvested. The clearcut area is ready to be site prepared and planted. Access to the property is from the south by prescriptive easement on an unimproved woods road across the adjoining landowner. The soils on the property consist mostly of Sacul fine sandy loam with 1-3 percent slopes. The average site index is 80-90 ft. base age 50 per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. The Fountain Hill Northeast Tract offers an excellent timberland investment opportunity with hunting and recreational opportunities. The acres being sold are based on tax acres.
