This Northern Arizona property has spacious views and mature Juniper and Pinon, offering seclusion from the busy city life. BONUS: Borders 1,280 acres of public land.
SERIOUS SECLUSION. The terrain is mostly level to gently rolling and is wooded with vibrant Juniper and Pinon throughout. Elevated above the surrounding land, you have several ideal building spots with panoramic views. This property is secluded but still close enough to town so youre not in complete isolation. Bring your horses, UTVs, and bikes to explore both your property and the area. Witch Well Tavern and With Wells Farmers Market & Swap Meet are just a quick drive or take the afternoon and make a day trip to St Johns for some small town charm and to pick up the basics.

Visiting the Property: We are not real estate agents and we actually own the properties we have for sale. We run a self-service setup which means you are welcome to go view the property on your schedule and at your leisure. We only ask that you do so during daylight hours. We have provided everything you need in the listing, including GPS coordinates of the four corners of the property and a Google Maps link so you can plug in directions to take you right to the property.
Access to the property is via N7483.
Notes from photographer: This property route is mostly easy, taking N7230 from US-191 for about 25 minutes. Once you depart N7230 at the bend at 34.878961, -109.437324 and head south on N7479, the roadway becomes a little more challenging. N7479 is a fine two-track road. You take this road until you reach N7461 at 34.846418, -109.438229. There you head East along this barely-visible two-track until you reach 34.846586, -109.424930, where you head South. This road is N7483 and you take it until it ends. Once you reach the end, you've reached the NW corner of this parcel. This is the easiest route to take to reach any portion of the land. The land itself is higher in elevation to the West. Most of the land is covered in junipers and pinon trees with scant open areas. There is a good spot to park an RV at the SW corner, if you have a vehicle capable of dragging an RV to that spot.
I have included a complete set of ACTUAL property photos. I have not visited this property and have included everything I know about it below.
