This 40 acres of timberland is located on Crowley's Ridge just northeast of Forrrest City, Arkansas. The property has some marketable timber but is best suited for a small recreational property along the ridge. Crowley's Ridge has an excellent deer population and is historically known for some of the largest deer in the state of Arkansas. This property is all timberland except for a small overgrown field that could be cleared up and utilized as a food plot. The area is also know for a good turkey population.
