The timber contains a mixture of pine, sweetgum, and oak species. This tract contains no deeded access however has historical access across a landowner to the north. With some work the tract would make a great place to hunt deer and small game while the timber continues to grow into a merchantable stand. The access roads are predominantly sandy soils and contain nice topography. A timbered creek buffer remains in the Northeast corner of the tract.
