This 40 acre property is landlocked with access on through a dry creek bed (Terlingua Creek). On the map it looks like Old Maverick Road crosses Terlingua creek and will get you very close to the property. However this junction is on Big Bend property and you may not be able to access it that way. I would suggest putting the coordinates on google earth and seeing what you think about the access before proceeding with this property. You may have to access it via horseback or ATV. Talk about having some personal space.
