The properties are being sold individually on the basis of lump sum sealed bids on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 3:00 P.M.

From Strong, Arkansas, travel south on Highway 275/Highway 129 for 1.2 miles, then turn right (south) onto Highway 275 and continue south for about 3.7 miles to Oklona Road on the left. Turn left (East) onto Oklona Road and continue easterly about 3.4 miles to the western boundary of the tract marked with a Kingwood Land For Sale sign and pink flagging. Continue along the road for about 0.3 miles to the northeast corner.
