Welcome to the Cadillac Ranch! This lodge and 325 acre is a one of a kind property located on the Pike/Walthall county line. As you drive in the paved road frontage down the private driveway you pass improved fenced and cross fenced pasture along with 2 ponds. 1/2 mile off the road you'll find the lodge overlooking the Bogue Chitto River bottom. From the 4B/3B lodge porch you can see deer and turkeys grazing in the bottom and wood ducks going down in the 15 acre cypress lake. This cypress lake is in the bottom next to the river and gets restocked every time the river gets out of its banks. The river and the lake are loaded with Bass, Blue gill, Catfish and White Perch. Just imagine hunting big bucks and ducks in the fall, yelping up gobblers in the spring and catching fish all summer! There are even sand bars to lay out on and catch a tan on the river. There are also barns to keep all your toys. Being only 9 miles north of the LA line it's an easy drive from Baton Rouge or New Orleans.
