There is also a reverse osmosis water system that was installed when the house was built. Currently a rented water softener and iron curtain system from Bescois used for the house which must be removed before closing if buyers do not want to keep it. There is also an external generator hookup on the side of house facing the polebarn which feeds to a Generac manual transfer switch inside the home next to the electrical panel in case of power outages which were very rare. A garage/storage/kennel pole barn with attached wire fencing both above and underground was also constructed on the property.
