The owner may be able to carry some paper with a large down payment. This is a hillside parcel with a heavy tree coverage and plenty of rock formations. Consequently, there is not a lot of extra useable land except for grazing. There are a couple of areas that could be benched out for a garden or other uses.
For anyone on a tight budget and not needing extra land but really wanting plenty of privacy, this could be the place.
